Welcome to Fastgrass.ai ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website located at fastgrass.ai (the "Website") and the artificial turf installation services provided by us (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Fastgrass.ai is an operating company of Direct Digital Manufacturing Services LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of the United States, providing artificial turf installation services in Colorado and Minnesota.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "user") and Fastgrass.ai. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Fastgrass.ai provides the following services:

• Artificial turf installation for residential and commercial properties
• Site preparation and grading
• Drainage system design and installation
• Pet-friendly turf solutions
• Custom putting green design and installation
• Maintenance and repair services
• Related consultation and design services

All services are provided in the states of Colorado and Minnesota, United States. The specific scope of work for each project will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work or project agreement.

Quote Validity: All quotes provided by Fastgrass.ai are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. After this period, quotes may be subject to change based on material costs and availability.

Pricing: Final pricing is based on the approved scope of work, site conditions, and materials selected. Prices do not include any work not specified in the written quote or change orders.

Site Assessment: A free on-site consultation and assessment is provided to generate accurate quotes. Quotes may be adjusted based on findings during the assessment that were not apparent during initial consultation.

Change Orders: Any additions or modifications to the agreed scope of work will require a written change order. Additional work will be charged at the rates specified in the change order.

Deposit: A deposit of 25-50% of the total project cost is required to secure your installation date. The specific deposit amount will be communicated in your project agreement.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation. Final payment must be received before the project is considered complete and before any warranties take effect.

Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
• Debit cards
• Checks (subject to clearing)
• Bank transfers
• Financing options (where available)

Late Payments: Payments not received within 7 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to pause or terminate work on projects with outstanding balances.

Financing: Financing options, when available, are provided through third-party lenders. Fastgrass.ai is not responsible for financing terms, interest rates, or approval decisions made by third-party lenders.

Scheduling: Installation dates will be scheduled after receipt of the required deposit and approval of the project agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred schedule.

Site Access: You agree to provide reasonable access to the installation site during scheduled installation dates. You should ensure that all pets are secured and that any underground utilities are properly marked before installation begins.

Existing Lawn Removal: Removal of existing lawn, plants, or other materials is included as specified in your project agreement. Additional removal or disposal services may incur additional charges.

Property Protection: While we take reasonable measures to protect your property during installation, some disruption to landscaping, irrigation systems, or other site features may occur. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities or pre-existing conditions.

Completion: The project will be considered complete when all specified work has been finished according to the agreed scope. You will be given a walkthrough of the completed installation.

Curing Period: We recommend avoiding heavy use of the installed turf for 24-48 hours after installation to allow for proper settling.

Workmanship Warranty: Fastgrass.ai provides a workmanship warranty on all installations. The duration of this warranty varies based on the scope of work and will be specified in your project agreement.

Product Warranty: All artificial turf products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage varies by product tier:

• Economy Products: 5-8 year manufacturer warranty
• Performance Products: 8-10 year manufacturer warranty
• Championship Products: Lifetime manufacturer warranty

Warranty Exclusions: The following are not covered under warranty:

• Damage caused by improper maintenance
• Damage caused by sharp objects, chemicals, or heavy machinery
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from acts of nature (floods, fires, natural disasters)
• Damage caused by animals or pests
• Modifications or repairs by non-authorized personnel
• Issues arising from improper use

Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, please contact us with a description of the issue and photos. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time frame.

Cancellation Before Installation: You may cancel your project before installation begins. In such cases, the deposit paid will be refunded minus any costs incurred for custom-ordered materials or site assessments already performed.

Cancellation During Installation: If you cancel the project after installation has begun but before completion, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed to date, plus any costs incurred for materials that cannot be returned or reused.

Refunds: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Company Cancellation: Fastgrass.ai reserves the right to cancel any project at our discretion. In such cases, any deposits paid will be fully refunded.

Website Content: All content on the Fastgrass.ai Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fastgrass.ai or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Trademarks: "Fastgrass," "Fastgrass.ai," and associated logos are trademarks of Direct Digital Manufacturing Services LLC. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

Customer Content: By submitting photos, testimonials, or other content to Fastgrass.ai, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for promotional purposes.

Project Photos: We may photograph completed installations for our portfolio and promotional materials. If you prefer your property not be photographed or featured, please notify us in writing before project completion.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FASTGRASS.AI AND ITS PARENT COMPANY, DIRECT DIGITAL MANUFACTURING SERVICES LLC, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information
• Cost of substitute services
• Property damage (except as required by applicable law)
• Personal injury (except as required by applicable law)

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fastgrass.ai, Direct Digital Manufacturing Services LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Your negligent or wrongful conduct
• Any content or information you provide

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
